So many people go through life never cleaning out their computer of deleting files and then wondering why their computer stuff up on them. The importance of cleaning a computer (inside and out) can not be stressed enough to people of all ages, genders, background and ethnicities. Here are 3 reasons why your computer needs to be checked out and cleaned every so often.

1. You computer has a registry that holds all of the information that passes or has passed through your computer. Even if a file is deleted, it will have fragments that remain on the registry that clog up the speed and efficiency of your computer.
2. Clean computers (inside and out) work better in general. They have less to drag them down and slow them up!
3. Defragmenting will order your computer for better running speed and timing when opening up computer files and internet files.
